Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

We will be happy to issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include a note inside your return with your order number, full name, email address and delivery address so that we can identify and process your return.

Once your return has been received, it can take up to 5 working days for the items to be processed. Once your item has been confirmed as being in its original condition, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping item(s) back to our fulfilment centre.
